Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States.

Cost

Shipping is free on every order.

How long it takes

• Processing: 1 to 3 business days after you order.
• Delivery: usually 8 to 15 days after your order ships.

Orders ship from our fulfillment partner overseas, so delivery takes longer than domestic shipping. Busy periods such as November and December can add a few days.

Tracking

You will get an email with a tracking number when your order ships. You can check it on our Track your order page. Tracking can take 2 to 4 days to show movement.

Wrong address

Please check your address before ordering. If you need to change it, contact us as soon as possible through the contact page. We can only change an address before the order ships.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your order arrives damaged, or tracking shows no movement for 15 days, contact us with your order number and we will send a replacement or refund you.

Batteries

This product contains a small rechargeable lithium battery, which can limit the shipping methods available.
