Refund Policy

14-day returns

You can return your order within 14 days of the day it was delivered.

How to return

1. Contact us through the contact page with your order number and the reason for the return.
2. We will reply with the return address and instructions. Please do not send anything back before you hear from us.
3. Send the item back in clean condition with the USB cable.

Return shipping

If the item arrived damaged, faulty or not as described, we cover the return or send a replacement at no cost. For other returns, you pay the return shipping.

Refunds

Once we receive and check the return, we refund your original payment method. Refunds usually show up within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

Damaged or faulty items

Send us a photo or short video within 14 days of delivery and we will replace the item or refund you. You usually do not need to send it back.

Cancellations

You can cancel an order before it ships. Contact us as soon as possible.

Items we cannot take back

Items that have been heavily chewed, soiled or damaged through use.
